浅析面向"双碳"目标的新型配电网支撑技术

Analysis of new distribution network support technology for the "double carbon" goal

  • 摘要: 实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标需要可再生能源持续大规模开发利用,以整县屋顶分布式光伏开发为代表的大规模新能源并网形式将给现有配电系统的稳定运行带来巨大挑战。首先分析了新型电力系统的概念和特征,在此基础上提出新型配电系统的5层技术框架设想,再进一步探讨5个维度层级发展路径,并就不同维度层例举相应的应用场景。最后对新型智能配电网技术研究和储备提出几点建议,以期可以给新型配电系统的未来建设提供技术发展方向参考。

     

    Abstract: The realization of carbon peak and carbon neutral targets requires the sustainable and large-scale development and utilization of renewable energy. The large-scale new energy grid connection represented by the rooftop distributed photovoltaic development of the whole county will bring great challenges to the stable operation of the existing distribution system. Firstly, the concept and characteristics of the new power system are analyzed. On this basis, the five-tier technical framework of the new power distribution system is proposed, and then the development path of the five dimension levels is further discussed. The corresponding application scenarios are exemplified for different dimension levels. Finally, several suggestions are put forward for the research and storage of the new intelligent power distribution network technology, with a view to providing technical development direction reference for the future construction of new distribution.
