Abstract:
Virtual Power Plants(VPPs) have become a key means to activate flexible and adjustable resources on the demand side and promote the construction of a new-type power system. However, current research achievements and practical cases regarding standardized VPP platform construction and regulation algorithms remain relatively scarce. To meet the requirements for the digital and intelligent foundation of VPPs and the construction and operation of full-link responses, this paper proposes a system design scheme for a “sharedtype” VPPs operation support platform. It sorts out the policy requirements and business processes for VPPs to participate in market-oriented peak shaving and valley filling responses, constructs the functional architecture of VPPs, carries out the engineering implementation of precise response regulation ideas, and forms supporting operational organization design. Relevant practical cases are conducive to promoting the establishment of a multi-industry alliance for VPPs collaborative interaction, providing effective references for VPP operators to reduce construction and operation costs, and for demand-side users to lower learning and access costs.
