基于组态软件的工厂电气自动化监控平台设计

Design of factory electrical automation monitoring platform based on configuration software

  • 摘要: 钢铁厂电气系统设备多、运行负荷波动强,同时具有多个跨区域控制点,传统分散式监控难以满足实时性、集中管理和远程操作的需求。针对该问题,提出一种基于组态软件的工厂电气自动化监控平台,通过可视化检测界面、报警与事件管理模块和电气设备远程控制,实现跨车间的多设备实时监控和远程安全操作。实验结果表明,该自动化监控平台可以提升钢铁厂的监控效率,并增强设备运维能力。

     

    Abstract: The electrical system of the steel plant has many equipment,strong fluctuation of operating load,and multiple cross-regional control points,and the traditional decentralized monitoring is difficult to meet the needs of real-time,centralized management and remote operation.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a factory electrical automation monitoring platform based on configuration software,which realizes real-time monitoring and remote safety operation of multiple equipment across workshops through visual detection interface,alarm and event management module and remote control of electrical equipment.Experimental results show that the automated monitoring platform designed in this paper can improve the monitoring efficiency and enhance the equipment operation and maintenance ability of steel.
