电气自动化系统中变频调速技术的优化设计与应用分析

Optimal design and application analysis of variable frequency speed regulation technology in electrical automation systems

  • 摘要: 基于电气自动化系统节能与高效运行的需求,分析了变频调速技术在工业控制领域中的应用特点与发展趋势, 研究了其在控制策略、硬件结构及软件算法方面的优化方法。提出了以矢量控制、自适应控制及智能算法相结合的 综合优化方案,并对变频器选型、功率器件配置及抗干扰设计进行了系统改进。通过典型工程应用分析,对优化设 计后的系统性能进行了评估。结果表明,优化后的变频调速系统在节能效果、运行稳定性及动态响应性能等方面均 得到显著提升,同时有效延长了设备使用寿命,具有良好的工程应用价值和推广前景。

     

    Abstract: Based on the requirements for energy conservation and efficient operation of electrical automation systems, this article analyzes the application characteristics and development trends of variable frequency speed regulation technology in the industrial control field, and studies its optimization methods in terms of control strategies, hardware structure, and software algorithms. It proposes a comprehensive optimization scheme combining vector control, adaptive control, and intelligent algorithms, and systematically improves the selection of frequency converters, power device configuration, and anti-interference design. Through the analysis of typical engineering applications, the performance of the optimized system is evaluated. The results show that the optimized variable frequency speed regulation system has significantly improved energy- saving effects, operational stability, and dynamic response performance, while effectively extending the equipment’s service life, and has good engineering application value and promotion prospects.
