变压器数字化在线监测技术研究

  • 摘要: 电力变压器是电力系统中最重要的设备之一,其运行状态直接关系到电网的安全性与稳定性。针对变压器数 字化在线监测技术进行了系统研究,首先分析了光纤温度在线监测传感技术的四种技术路线;其次对油中溶解气体 (DGA)在线监测技术中的油气分离方法和气体检测传感器进行了对比分析;在此基础上,设计了包含设备层、感知层、 终端层、平台层和应用层的五层数字化在线监测系统架构,并介绍了基于GB/T 1094.7—2008和IEC 60076-7标准 的绕组热点温度计算模型,以及基于DL/T 722—2014标准的油中溶解气体分析故障诊断方法;最后通过工程应用 验证了系统的有效性。研究成果对变压器状态监测与预测性维护具有重要的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Power transformers are among the most critical equipment in power systems, and their operational status directly affects grid safety and stability. A systematic study on digital online monitoring technology for transformers. is presented Four technical approaches of fiber-optic temperature sensing are analyzed, The oil-gas separation methods and gas detection sensors used in dissolved gas analysis (DGA) online monitoring are also compared. Based on these analyses, a five-layer digital online monitoring system architecture comprising equipment, sensing, terminal, platform, and application layers is designed. The winding hot-spot temperature calculation model based on GB/T 1094.7—2008 and IEC 60076-7, as well as the dissolved gas analysis fault diagnosis method based on DL/T 722—2014, are introduced. The effectiveness of the system is validated through engineering applications. The research results have significant engineering application value for transformer condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
