高增益高效率推挽LLC变换器的研究

Research of high-gain high-efficiency push-pull LLC converter

  • 摘要: 针对低压输入、高压输出的应用领域,提出了一种具有高增益和高效率的推挽LLC谐振变换器。通过在推挽变换器二次侧嵌入LLC谐振腔电路,实现功率管的软开关 | 变压器设计采用一次侧并联、二次侧串联的结构,实现了一次侧低压大电流、二次侧高压小电流的电能转换。在详细介绍变换器的拓扑结构和工作原理的基础上,对关键参数k、Q的选取和软开关的实现条件进行分析。最后搭建一台12V输入、350V/500W输出的原理试验样机并开展试验调试,试验结果表明,该变换器具有高增益和高效率的优点,适用于低压输入、高压输出的应用场合。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the application fields of low voltage input and high voltage output, a push-pull LLC resonant converter with high gain and high efficiency is proposed. By embedding the LLC resonant circuit on the secondary side of the push-pull converter, the zero-voltage turn-on of the MOSFET is realized | the transformer design adopts the structure of the primary side in parallel and the secondary side in series, which realizes the energy conversion of the primary side low voltage and large current, and the secondary side high voltage and small current. Based on the detailed introduction of the converter's topology and working principle, the selection of key parameters k and Q parameters and the realization conditions of soft switching are analyzed. Finally, a prototype test prototype of 12V input and 350V/500W output was built. The test results show that the converter has the advantages of high gain and high efficiency, and is suitable for low voltage input and high voltage output
