Abstract: With the development of science and technology, the intelligent transformation of existing buildings has become the key to improve the performance of buildings and meet the needs of modern life. This paper analyzes the significance of the intelligent improvement of the existing buildings, discusses the key elements of the intelligent system framework, and expounds the implementation strategy combined with specific cases, aiming to provide reference for the high-quality transformation of the existing buildings.
