Abstract: the research focuses on the strategic direction of China's ecological civilization construction during the "14th five year plan",selects offshore wind power as the key field of clean energy,and discusses its growth potential and future trend.Taking advantage of regional resources,the power production index system is constructed.Combined with the trading electricity scenario and transmission pricing of power grid enterprises,carry out income and cost prediction,establish the economic benefit evaluation system of offshore wind power projects,and support the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy
