110 kV变电站无人值守改造设计研究

Research on the design of unmanned transformation of 110 kV substation

  • 摘要: 以某110 kV变电站为例进行无人值守改造设计。通过搭建智能监测预警系统架构,实现关键设备的多参数 在线采集,并赋予其远程控制应急响应能力,构建从状态感知、故障诊断、策略决策到指令执行的完整闭环无人值 守运维体系。改造期间开展为期三个月的人工值守,并行测试实测数据表明:系统监测可用性达99.8%,故障诊断 准确率98%,远程控制执行成功率99.5%,各类传感器数据准确性控制在1%以内,证明无人值守改造显著降低了 运维成本,是变电站智能化转型的重要基础。

     

    Abstract: This study takes a 110 kV substation as an example for unmanned transformation design. By establishing an intelligent monitoring and early warning system architecture, implementing online multi-parameter acquisition of key equipment, and endowing it with remote control emergency response capabilities, a complete closed-loop unmanned operation and maintenance system from status perception, fault diagnosis, strategy decision-making to instruction execution can be achieved. Through three months of parallel testing under manual monitoring conditions in the case substation, it was shown that the system monitoring availability reached 99.8%, the fault diagnosis accuracy was 98%, the remote control execution success rate was 99.5%, and the accuracy of various sensor data was controlled within 1%. This proves that unmanned transformation significantly reduces operation and maintenance costs and is an important foundation for the transformation of substations to intelligence.
