电网调控一体化模式下变电站二次设备缺陷分析及精益化运维体系构建

Analysis of substation secondary equipment defects and construction of lean operation and maintenance system under power grid regulation and control integration mode

  • 摘要: 为了提升电网调控一体化背景下变电站运行的智能化水平与设备安全性,针对二次设备运行状态复杂、故障识别滞后的问题,提出了一种基于缺陷分析与精益化运维协同机制的管理体系。通过构建多维度缺陷识别、风险分级方法、调控协同机制等,实现对继电保护、通信模块等二次设备的高效识别、智能分派与闭环处置。研究部署结果表明,该体系可有效提升缺陷响应效率与设备运维质量,具备良好的工程推广价值。

     

    Abstract: To enhance the intelligence and operational safety of substations under the integrated power grid regulation model, this paper addresses the complexity of secondary equipment status and the lag in fault identification. A management framework based on defect analysis and lean operation coordination is proposed. By constructing multi-dimensional defect recognition models, risk grading methods, and regulation coordination mechanisms, the system enables efficient detection, intelligent dispatch, and closed-loop handling of secondary equipment such as protection relays and communication modules. Deployment results show that the framework significantly improves fault response efficiency and maintenance quality, with strong practical value.
