电网企业数字化转型与数字化建设路径探讨

  • 摘要: 为提升电网企业在多能协同与复杂业务场景下的数字化运行能力,针对当前数字平台构建中的体系架构、能力部署与协同机制问题,提出一套系统性数字化转型路径模型。通过构建多层嵌套业务架构、模块化能力体系与扁平化运营逻辑,结合权限协同与绩效激励机制,形成闭环管理与数据驱动的智能运行模式。研究表明,该路径可有效增强平台弹性、提升资源调度效率,并为电网企业数字体系的持续演进提供理论支撑与实践参考。

     

    Abstract: To enhance the digital operational capabilities of power grid enterprises in multi-energy coordination and complex business scenarios, this paper proposes a systematic digital transformation model addressing architecture design, capability deployment, and coordination mechanisms. By constructing a multi-layered business architecture, modular capability system, and flattened operational logic—combined with permission coordination and performance incentives—the model enables closed-loop management and data-driven intelligent operations. Findings indicate this approach effectively improves platform flexibility, resource scheduling efficiency, and supports the continuous evolution of digital systems in power grid enterprises.
