Abstract:
To enhance the digital operational capabilities of power grid enterprises in multi-energy coordination and complex business scenarios, this paper proposes a systematic digital transformation model addressing architecture design, capability deployment, and coordination mechanisms. By constructing a multi-layered business architecture, modular capability system, and flattened operational logic—combined with permission coordination and performance incentives—the model enables closed-loop management and data-driven intelligent operations. Findings indicate this approach effectively improves platform flexibility, resource scheduling efficiency, and supports the continuous evolution of digital systems in power grid enterprises.
