储能学科"双四维"协同创新体系构建与应用——以北方工业大学为例

Construction and practice of the innovation system of energy storage discipline: A case study of the "double four dimensional" model of Northern Polytechnic University

  • 摘要: 在全球能源转型与“双碳”战略目标驱动下,储能技术作为新型电力系统的核心支撑技术,其发展面临专业人才缺口扩大与学科体系滞后等结构性矛盾。北方工业大学针对储能领域技术迭代速率加快、产教融合深度不足、学科交叉壁垒显著等关键问题,提出了“双四维”协同创新体系。该体系以“学科科研-产业政府”四维协同创新基座为内核驱动,以“学术-媒体产业-政府”四维传播矩阵为外延支撑,通过跨学科知识重构、本硕博贯通式培养、产教融合基地群建设、行业标准制定等系统性路径,实现人才供给与产业需求的精准适配。实践表明,该模式已培育形成具备跨学科整合能力的复合型人才梯队,在用户侧储能集群控制等关键技术领域取得突破性进展,主导编制多项行业技术标准并形成国家级规范体系,技术成果转化应用产生显著经济社会效益,构建了产教融合创新模式。

     

    Abstract: Driven by the global energy transformation and the "double carbon"strategic goal,energy storage technology,as the core supporting technology of the new power system,faces structural contradictions such as the expansion of the professional talent gap and the lagging discipline system.North China University of technology has built a "double four-dimensional"collaborative innovation system for key bottlenecks such as the accelerated rate of technology iteration in the energy storage field,the insufficient depth of integration of production and education,and significant interdisciplinary barriers.The system is driven by the four-dimensional collaborative innovation base of "discipline -scientific research-Industry-government"as the core,and supported by the fourdimensional communication matrix of "academic-media-Industry-government"as the extension.Through the systematic path of interdisciplinary knowledge reconstruction,undergraduate and postgraduate comprehensive training,the construction of production and education integration base group,and the formulation of industry standards,the system realizes the precise adaptation of talent supply and industrial demand.Practice shows that this mode has cultivated a multi-disciplinary talent echelon with interdisciplinary integration ability,made breakthroughs in key technical fields such as user side energy storage cluster control,led the preparation of a number of industry technical standards and formed a national standard system.The transformation and application of technical achievements have produced significant economic and social benefits,and built an innovation mode of integration of production and education.
