The photovoltaic (PV) scale of oilfield power grids is rapidly expanding, with a continuously increasing proportion. The intermittent, stochastic, and fluctuating nature of PV quickly depletes the flexible regulation resources of the power system. The utilization rate of new energy within the grid is relatively low, posing significant challenges to the safety and economy of grid operation. Considering the consumption of PV power generation in oilfield grids, this study analyzes the factors affecting the absorption capacity of new energy. Based on the primary influencing factors, measures are proposed to enhance peak regulation.
