油田电网高比例光伏消纳能力提升举措

Measures to enhance the high-proportion photovoltaic integration capacity of oilfield power grids

  • 摘要: 油田电网光伏规模快速发展,占比不断提高,光伏间歇性、随机性和波动性特点快速消耗电力系统灵活调节资源,导致电网内新能源利用率偏低,电网运行的安全性、经济性面临巨大挑战。结合油田电网光伏发电消纳情况,分析影响新能源消纳能力的因素,针对主要影响因素,提出提升调峰能力的改进措施。

     

    Abstract: Measures to enhance the high-proportion photovoltaic integration capacity of oilfield power grids GUI Juan (Research Institute of Oil Production Technology, Xinjiang Oilfield Company, Karamay 834000, China) The photovoltaic (PV) scale of oilfield power grids is rapidly expanding, with a continuously increasing proportion. The intermittent, stochastic, and fluctuating nature of PV quickly depletes the flexible regulation resources of the power system. The utilization rate of new energy within the grid is relatively low, posing significant challenges to the safety and economy of grid operation. Considering the consumption of PV power generation in oilfield grids, this study analyzes the factors affecting the absorption capacity of new energy. Based on the primary influencing factors, measures are proposed to enhance peak regulation.
