  • 摘要: HXD3B型电力机车是为满足我国铁路重载货运需要而研发的大功率交流传动干线货运六轴电力机车,采用三相交流异步电动机作为牵引动力。阐述了HXD3B型机车牵引电动机定子绕组烧损这一常见的故障现象和原因分析,从电动机检修工艺、绕组结构优化等方面提出了改进措施。经过运用验证,改进措施实施后的牵引电动机可靠性得到了明显的改善,解决了电动机绕组烧损的难题。

     

    Abstract: The HXD3B electric locomotive is a high-power AC drive mainline freight locomotive with six axles,developed to meet the heavy-haul transportation demands of Chinese railways.It utilizes three-phase AC asynchronous motors for traction.This paper investigates the frequent failure phenomenon of stator winding burnout in HXD3B traction motors,analyzing its root causes and proposing improvement measures,including optimized motor maintenance procedures and enhanced winding structural design.Practical operational validation confirms that the implemented modifications significantly enhance motor reliability,effectively resolving the persistent issue of winding thermal
