Abstract:
In the context of the transformation of distribution network projects towards efficiency and standardization, this paper, based on the systematic application of modular assembly technology, constructs a standardized construction system for distribution networks encompassing "functional unit division -parameter constraint system -interface coordination mechanism -digital process management." Through the "functional-level" two-dimensional method, the paper divides modules, unifies mechanical, electrical, and information interface standards, and establishes a multi-dimensional performance constraint model, realizing the refined management of the entire process from factory prefabrication to on-site assembly and full lifecycle data traceability. Practical application in a dual-ring distribution network project demonstrates that this technical system significantly outperforms in construction efficiency, quality stability, and standardization level, providing a replicable and scalable technical path and engineering model for distribution network.
