模块化装配技术在配电网施工标准化建设中的应用

  • 摘要: 在配电网工程向高效化、标准化转型的背景下,基于模块化装配技术的系统应用,构建了涵盖“功能单元划分参数约束体系-接口协同机制数字化流程管控”的配电网施工标准化体系。通过“功能-层级”二维法完成模块划分,统一机械、电气和信息三类接口标准,建立多维度性能约束模型,实现从工厂预制到现场装配的全过程精细化管理与全环节数据追溯。基于双环网结构配电网工程的实践应用表明,该技术体系在施工效率、质量稳定性与标准化水平方面优势显著,可为配电网施工提供可复制、可推广的技术路径与工程范式。

     

    Abstract: In the context of the transformation of distribution network projects towards efficiency and standardization, this paper, based on the systematic application of modular assembly technology, constructs a standardized construction system for distribution networks encompassing "functional unit division -parameter constraint system -interface coordination mechanism -digital process management." Through the "functional-level" two-dimensional method, the paper divides modules, unifies mechanical, electrical, and information interface standards, and establishes a multi-dimensional performance constraint model, realizing the refined management of the entire process from factory prefabrication to on-site assembly and full lifecycle data traceability. Practical application in a dual-ring distribution network project demonstrates that this technical system significantly outperforms in construction efficiency, quality stability, and standardization level, providing a replicable and scalable technical path and engineering model for distribution network.
