Abstract:
To achieve precise collection and intelligent management of the status of protection device pressure plates in substations, several mainstream technical solutions for status collection is systematically analyzed. First, the system architecture and equipment configuration of four primary collection schemes—magnetic induction, dual-plate, infrared beam interruption, and position sensor-are introduced. Second, a comparative analysis is conducted from multiple dimensions, including communication mode, operational reliability, real-time performance, accuracy, daily maintenance workload, and transformation risks. Finally, specific recommendations for selecting pressure plate status collection schemes are provided for different scenarios, such as the expansion and renovation of conventional substations and the construction and modification of smart substations. The research findings can serve as a technical reference for the intelligent transformation and operation and maintenance of substations.
