Abstract:
With the widespread adoption of solar photovoltaic power generation, the importance of photovoltaic module cleaning has become increasingly prominent. Traditional manual cleaning methods are inefficient, making the development of efficient and safe cleaning robots a practical necessity. This paper presents a solar photovoltaic module cleaning robot electromechanical system designed for various regions and photovoltaic panels with different tilt angles. The system features a collaborative cleaning robot solution comprising ground-based and panel-mounted robots. The system adopts dry-contact cleaning, adapts to arid and remote environments. Innovative designs such as inter-panel structures address the challenge of spacing between photovoltaic panels, enabling efficient and precise cleaning. This enhances power generation efficiency while extending equipment lifespan, providing robust support for the development of the new energy industry.
