Abstract:
From the perspective of design traceability, this paper systematically combs through and deeply analyzes the design requirements and related standards of emergency diesel generator sets (EDG) in nuclear power plants. Based on the critical supporting role of emergency power systems in the safe operation of nuclear power plants, it focuses on aspects such as system functions, main parameters of equipment, and performance requirements to thoroughly discuss the design specifications of EDG and their compliance with current regulatory standards. The analysis shows that under the condition of strictly adhering to the relevant standards for safety-class power supplies, EDG in nuclear power plants have achieved high levels of safety and reliability in terms of capacity design, operational time assurance, start-up reliability, and overall performance requirements, effectively ensuring the power supply during emergency conditions of nuclear power plants.
