Abstract:
Against the backdrop of China's urbanization and the upgrading of residents' quality of life, a large number of existing residential buildings are facing problems such as aging facilities, high energy consumption, and outdated functions. Based on the national "dual-carbon" goals and the "good house" policy orientation, intelligent transformation has become the core path to improve the safety, comfort, greenness and intelligence of buildings. Combining policy frameworks and practical research, this paper analyzes the current challenges and key points of electrical design, proposes to take "safety, comfort, greenness, intelligence and economy" as principles, integrates digital and low-carbon technologies, explores effective strategies for the intelligent upgrading of electrical systems, and promotes the sustainable renewal of residential buildings.
