Abstract:
Aiming at the driving problem of brushless DC motor in harsh environment, a bilateral electric drive control strategy integrating sliding mode observer and incremental PID is proposed. The sliding mode observer realizes inductorless rotor position estimation through the line inverse potential method, and the incremental PID algorithm dynamically compensates the synchronization error of master and slave motors. Experiments show that the maximum motor speed fluctuation is suppressed to 0.8% under 4 N·m step perturbation, the dynamic regulation time is shortened to 2 ms, and the traditional PI control is improved by 62.5%; the synchronization deviation rate between the dual motors is controlled within 0.15% to 0.38%, and the steady-state deviation is below the 0.5% threshold. It can realize the non-sensory high precision control at low cost and ensure the strong robustness of bilateral motors under complex working conditions.
