基于FPGA的全国产数智化IGBT驱动电路设计

The design of the localization digital intelligent IGBT drive circuit based on FPGA

  • 摘要: 驱动电路是IGBT应用的关键电路之一,在当前全球能源技术革命背景下,其国产化、数智化水平及安全性、可靠性至关重要。目前,国产IGBT驱动产品一方面在功能灵活性、数字化与智能化表现上存在欠缺,另一方面在国产化程度上还有上升空间。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于FPGA的全国产数智化IGBT驱动电路,通过软件和硬件相结合的方式,提高驱动电路的数字化和智能化水平。该驱动电路从实际应用场景出发,设计实现控制信号窄脉冲抑制、错误控制信号监测、工作模式多样性选择、过电流/过电压故障监测保护及故障类型鉴别反馈等功能。同时,设计所用器件均为国产器件,满足自主可控要求。最后,对设计的电路进行测试,结果表明,由国产器件设计的驱动电路能够实现预期功能,且满足参数要求。

     

    Abstract: The drive circuit is one of the key circuits for the successful application of IGBT, and its localization, digital intelligence, safety and reliability are crucial under the current global energy technology revolution. However, the current domestic IGBT drive products, on the one hand, there is a lack of flexibility in the drive function, digitalization, intelligence, on the other hand, there is still room for improvement in the degree of localization. Therefore, aiming at the above problems, the localization intelligent IGBT driver circuit based on FPGA is proposed, which improves the digitalization and intelligence of the driver circuit through the combination of software and hardware. Considering the function of the drive circuit from the practical application scenario, the design and implementation of the control signal narrow pulse suppression, error control signal monitoring, working mode diversity selection, over-current and over-voltage fault monitoring protection, fault type identification and feedback. At the same time, all the electronic components used in the design are domestic, which meets the requirements of independent controllability. Finally, the designed circuit is manufactured and the parameters and functions are tested. The results show that the drive circuit designed based on the domestic device can realize the expected functions and
