高压变频器输入侧谐波电流对厂用电系统电容器组过热失效的影响分析

Influence of harmonic current at input side of high voltage inverter on overheating failure of capacitor bank in auxiliary power system

  • 摘要: 高压变频器在电厂厂用电系统中应用广泛,其输入侧整流环节产生的谐波电流会造成厂用母线电压畸变,使 并联补偿电容器组承受谐波电流与过电压的叠加作用,进而诱发过热失效。从谐波产生机理出发,建立谐波环境下 电容器组介质热损耗模型,分析谐波放大效应对电容器温升及绝缘老化的影响规律,结合仿真和工程实测数据对谐 波治理方案进行定量评估,为厂用电系统电容器组的安全运行提供理论依据和工程参考。

     

    Abstract: High voltage inverter is widely used in the auxiliary power system of power plant. The harmonic current generated by the rectifier link at the input side will cause the voltage distortion of the auxiliary bus, so that the parallel compensation capacitor bank can withstand the superposition of harmonic current and overvoltage, and then induce overheating failure. Based on the mechanism of harmonic generation, this paper establishes the dielectric heat loss model of capacitor bank under harmonic environment, analyzes the influence of harmonic amplification effect on capacitor temperature rise and insulation aging, and quantitatively evaluates the harmonic treatment scheme combined with simulation and engineering measured data, so as to provide theoretical basis and engineering reference for the safe operation of capacitor bank in auxiliary power system.
