建筑电气供配电系统一体化设计与施工关键技术研究

Research on integrated design and key construction technologies of electrical power supply and distribution system in buildings

  • 摘要: 建筑电气供配电系统设计和施工协同不足是制约工程质量提升的关键问题。针对传统模式下设计施工脱节、 工序衔接不畅、返工率偏高等突出问题,从负荷计算与方案优化、设备选型与平面布局、变配电设备安装调试、线 缆敷设与桥架施工、防雷接地施工等环节系统梳理一体化关键技术,构建设计施工协同管控体系,结合质量验收标 准与综合效益分析对该模式进行全面评价。工程实践表明,一体化模式能够有效提升施工效率,降低工程成本,保 障供配电系统安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: Insufficient coordination between the design and construction of building electrical power supply and distribution systems is a critical factor restricting the improvement of engineering quality. To address prominent problems under the traditional mode, including disconnection between design and construction, poor connection between working procedures, and a high rework rate, this paper systematically sorts out key integrated technologies covering multiple links such as load calculation and scheme optimization, equipment selection and layout planning, installation and commissioning of power transformation and distribution equipment, cable laying and cable tray construction, as well as lightning protection and grounding construction. A collaborative management and control system integrating design and construction is established, and a comprehensive evaluation of this integrated mode is carried out in combination with quality acceptance standards and comprehensive benefit analysis. Engineering practice demonstrates that the integrated mode can effectively improve construction efficiency, reduce project costs, and ensure the safe and stable operation of power supply and distribution systems.
