计及综合故障率的油浸式变压器经济寿命评估方法

Economic life assessment method of oil-immersed transformer considering comprehensive failure rate

  • 摘要: 为提升变压器经济寿命评估精度,提出一种计及综合故障率的变压器经济寿命评估方法。首先,基于全寿命 周期成本(LCC)理论,构建计及变压器动态故障率的LCC表达式;其次,分别计算变压器零次解体大修、随机 一次解体大修两种工况下的最优退役年限与最小成本等年值数据;最后,分析两种工况下的最优退役年限与成本等 年值的变化趋势,分别给出相应的退役时间优化设计方案。该方法可根据变压器的实际运行工况快速获取退役年限 与最小成本等年值数据,降低变压器经济寿命评估误差,为电力设备资源节约提供理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of transformer economic life assessment, a transformer economic life assessment method considering comprehensive failure rate is proposed. Firstly, based on the life cycle cost (LCC) theory, the LCC expression considering the dynamic failure rate of transformer is constructed. Secondly, the annual value data of the optimal return period and the minimum cost of the transformer under the condition of zero overhaul and random overhaul are calculated respectively. Finally, the change trend of the optimal retirement age and cost in the two cases is analyzed, and the corresponding retirement time design schemes are proposed respectively. This method can quickly obtain the annual value data such as the retirement age and the minimum cost according to the actual operation of the transformer, reduce the evaluation error of the economic life of the transformer, and support the resource saving of the power equipment.
