10 kV电缆中间接头防火防爆装置的研究与设计

Research and design of fire and explosion proof device for 10 kV cable intermediate joint

  • 摘要: 随着国家经济的高速发展,电网电缆化普及程度越来越高,由于电缆中间接头缺陷率较高,对电力系统稳定运行造成严重威胁。基于电力电缆接头现存问题,对电缆接头常见检测方法进行研究,设计出一种基于温度检测法的电缆中间接头防爆装置,并对电缆中间接头防爆装置的结构与功能进行详细介绍。该防爆装置能够为及早发现电缆潜在隐患、减少故障率提供理论依据,具有重要的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of national economy, the popularity of power grid cable is becoming more and more high. Because of the high defect rate of cable intermediate joint, the stable operation of power system is seriously threatened. Based on the existing problems of power cable joint, this paper studied the common detection methods of cable joint, designed an explosion-proof device of cable joint based on temperature detection method,and introduced the structure and function of explosion-proof device of cable joint in detail. The explosion-proof device can provide theoretical basis for the early detection of potential cable hazards and the reduction of failure rate, and has an important guiding role.
