双降压式模块化多电平直流变压器子模块电感不对称分析

Analysis of dual buck modular multilevel DC transformer with asymmetrical submodule inductance

  • 摘要: 为了探究双降压式模块化多电平直流变压器(Dual Buck Modular Multilevel DC Transformer,DBMMDCT)子模块电感参数不对称对子桥臂间功率差的影响,通过构建其共模和差模等效电路,将桥臂传输功率分解为共模和差模部分,得出桥臂功率差与子模块电感差的定量关系,并通过仿真进行验证。结果证明子模块电感参数不对称会引起桥臂电感电压偏置,增加环流纹波,降低运行稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the effect of the power difference between arms of dual buck modular multilevel DC transformer(DBMMDCT) when the coupled submodule inductor parameters are unbalanced, this paper builds up the common-mode and differential-mode circuits of DBMMDCT and divides the arm transformation power into common mode and differential mode parts to figure out the quantitative relationship between arm power difference and submodule inductance difference. Simulations are made to verify the theoretical analysis, and the result proves that the asymmetric submodule inductance can cause voltage bias in the arm inductance voltage, which can increase circulating current ripple and reduce operational stability.
