Abstract:
The reliability of the connecting hardware for current diversion lines in the distribution network directly affects the safe and stable operation of the power system. The traditional JB type butt joint line clamp has problems such as increased contact resistance in high-temperature environments, loosening of the bolt torque and overheating faults that are difficult to predict. To address these technical difficulties, a new T-type line clamp with constant torque self-locking, real-time temperature monitoring and bidirectional flow control capabilities has been developed. This line clamp adopts a symmetrical flow channel to eliminate the limitation of current direction, integrates a temperature-sensitive metal sheet-spring linkage device to achieve visualized overheating warning, uses a fracture pin-type constant torque bolt to ensure consistent installation quality, and selects modified silicone rubber outer cover to enhance environmental adaptability. Performance tests show that this line clamp maintains stable electrical and mechanical performance in a 180 ℃ high-temperature environment, with contact resistance controlled within 50 micro-ohms, overheating warning response time less than 3 s, significantly improving the operational safety and reliability of distribution network branch lines.
