面向大型公共建筑的移动发电保供电系统设计研究

Research on design of mobile power supply support system for large public buildings

  • 摘要: 针对城市综合体类大型公共建筑突发停电及配电网检修条件下保供电稳定性不足的问题,构建移动发电保供 电系统。结合建筑负荷等级与运行特征,围绕系统总体架构、容量配置、快速接入方式、多机并联协同控制、储 能补偿及电能质量控制等内容开展研究,并通过工程案例进行验证。结果表明,采用“柴油发电车+储能电源车 +UPS模块”联合保供模式及ATS快速切换控制策略后,系统能够实现中低压移动电源的快速接入,降低了电压波 动及谐波畸变水平,提升了重要负荷连续供电能力。研究可为城市综合体类大型公共建筑移动保供电系统设计与运 行管理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To address insufficient power supply reliability in urban complex large public buildings during outages and distribution network maintenance, a mobile power supply support system was developed. Research was conducted on system architecture, capacity configuration, rapid power access, coordinated control, and power quality regulation. Results show that the coordinated use of diesel generator trucks, energy storage power vehicles, UPS modules, and ATS fast transfer control enables rapid medium- and low-voltage power access, reduces voltage fluctuations and harmonic distortion, and improves power supply continuity for critical loads. The proposed system provides a reference for mobile power supply support in urban complex large public buildings.
