电力电气维修中变压器检修技术的应用研究

  • 摘要: 针对传统变压器定期检修模式存在的盲目性和资源浪费问题,依托某220 kV变电站典型案例,构建一套整 合状态评估、故障诊断、在线监测和智能决策的检修技术体系,运用油色谱分析、绝缘诊断、局部放电检测等多维 度技术手段,完成设备健康状态精准评估,实现检修策略动态优化。系统在不干扰主设备运行的情况下落地实施。 运维数据表明,改造完成后变压器故障率下降65%,计划外停运次数归零,年均检修成本减少约120万元。本研究 为电力设备状态检修和全寿命周期管理提供了可落地的技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to deal with the problems of blind maintenance and inefficient resources that conventional transformer inspection techniques experience, an integrated technology system for the maintenance of equipment is proposed that combines condition assessment, fault diagnosis, on-line monitoring, and intelligent decision-making, based on the example of a 220 kV substation. By using multi-dimensional technology such as oil chromatography analysis, insulation diagnosis and partial discharge detection, the system can accurately assess the state of the equipment. The implementation was done without affecting the operation of the primary equipment. According to the operation data, the failure rate of the transformer was reduced by 65%, the number of unplanned outages was brought to zero, and the maintenance cost was reduced by 1.2 million yuan annually.
