Abstract:
At present, the relevant standards on voltage deviation mainly focus on the specific time of a single node, and the evaluation of the overall voltage deviation level of the distribution network is relatively rare. A comprehensive voltage deviation evaluation method covering the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of voltage deviation is proposed and applied. Firstly, the classification method and classification basis of voltage deviation and evaluation index are described. Secondly, the description method of voltage deviation definition is expanded after the single reference value is extended to the reference plane. Based on this, multiple comprehensive voltage deviation evaluation methods considering the temporal dimension, spatial dimension, both spatial and temporal dimensions and other related indicators to evaluate the overall safety level of the distribution network voltage are summarized. Finally, the comprehensive voltage deviation and related indexes of the distribution network in three different configuration scenarios are calculated, and the integrity of the voltage deviation is evaluated. The evaluation methods and indexes proposed in this paper can intuitively reflect the overall level of voltage deviation in the distribution network, which can provide reference for further optimization of distributed power supply and energy storage configuration scheme and distribution network transformation and governance.
