基于可信WLAN无线接入技术的变电站充油设备渗漏在线监测系统的设计与实现

The design and implementation of online monitoring system for leakage of substation oil filling equipment based on trusted WLAN wireless access technology

  • 摘要: 为实现变电站内充油设备渗漏油状态的在线监测,设计并研发了一种基于可信无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network, WLAN)技术的变电站充油设备渗漏在线监测系统。该系统主要由滴速监测模块、报警模块及其他相关模块三个部分组成。滴速监测模块的功能是实现对油滴的计数与计时,报警模块的功能是用来提醒集控运行人员油滴渗漏监测异常,其他相关模块是为了支撑监测系统的运行。最后在某变电站内进行系统测试与试验,结果表明系统可以实现对充油设备的在线监测,满足及时发现从一般缺陷到严重缺陷转化的要求。

     

    Abstract: To achieve online monitoring of oil leakage status of oil filling equipment in substations, this paper designs and develops an online monitoring system for oil filling equipment leakage in substations based on trusted WLAN wireless access technology. The system mainly consists of three parts: drip rate monitoring module, alarm module, and other related modules. The function of the drip speed monitoring module is to achieve the counting and timing of oil droplets, the function of the alarm module is to remind the centralized control operators of abnormal oil droplet leakage monitoring, and other related modules are to support the operation of the monitoring system. Finally, system testing and experimentation were conducted in a certain substation, and the results showed that online monitoring of oil filling equipment can be achieved, meeting the requirement of timely detection of defects from general to severe.
