Abstract:
The high-voltage line relocation project in railway construction is a crucial and special undertaking. Reasonably evaluating the risks of high-voltage line relocation projects is of great significance to railway construction. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation system was established, which includes five dimensions: personnel, equipment, management, technology, and environment, as well as 18 evaluation indicators. Then, the improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) and CRITIC method were used to obtain the subjective and objective weights of the evaluation indicators respectively, and the comprehensive weights were obtained by applying game theory combination weighting. The risk evaluation level of high-voltage line relocation projects was determined by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, taking a 500kV line relocation project of the Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway as an example, it was verified that this evaluation method is effective and can provide a reference for the risk evaluation of high-voltage line relocation projects in railway construction.
