高渗透率风电并网下的电力系统调频技术综述

Review on power system frequency modulation technology under high permeability wind power grid connection

  • 摘要: 随着电力系统中风电比例不断提高,大规模风电并网对传统电力系统的有功功率平衡造成冲击,导致系统频率偏差,给电力系统安全带来严峻的威胁,维持电力系统频率稳定的需求日益迫切。针对风电并网背景下的电力系统一次调频方法,首先分析了大规模风电并网对电力系统传统一次调频手段的影响。随后在此基础上,研究阐述了风电机组转子动能控制、功率备用控制以及新兴附加储能系统控制参与电力系统一次调频的控制方法、基本原理及其特点。最后对未来风储联合参与高渗透风电背景下的电力系统一次调频所要研究的内容进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing proportion of wind power in power system, large-scale wind power grid connection has an impact on the active power balance of traditional power system, resulting in system frequency deviation, which poses a serious threat to the security of power system. The need to maintain the frequency stability of power system is becoming more and more urgent. Aiming at the primary frequency modulation method of power system under the background of wind power grid connection, the influence of large-scale wind power grid connection on the traditional primary frequency modulation method of power system is analyzed. Then, on this basis, the control methods, basic principles and characteristics of wind turbine rotor dynamic energy control, power standby control and new additional energy storage system control participating in primary frequency modulation of power system are studied and expounded. Finally, the research contents of primary frequency modulation of power system under the background of combined participation of wind storage in high permeability wind power are prospected.
