Abstract:
In response to the “dual-carbon” strategy and to address the issues of waste of return air heat and low operating efficiency of the air compressor in Jinfeng Coal Mine, this paper proposes and constructs a hierarchical energy-saving system of “return air heat recovery + air compressor heat utilization”. The research first analyzed the mine’s heat resources and energy demand. Based on this, the deep enthalpy heat extraction technology was adopted in the northern third area to prevent the well from freezing, and the return air heat was recovered for heating in the central industrial area. At the same time, the water cooling renovation was implemented for the air compressor to recover its operating heat, and an intelligent control system was provided to ensure the efficient and coordinated operation of the system. The results after the project operation show that this technical route effectively achieved the hierarchical recovery and efficient utilization of heat resources. The gas production of the air compressor increased by 12%, 3 341 tons of standard coal were saved annually, 8 893.1 tons of CO 2 were reduced, and the direct economic benefit reached 1 904.2 million yuan. This practice has solved the pain points of mine heat utilization and provided a replicable technical reference for the large-scale recovery and utilization of mine heat in the coal mining industry, helping the industry achieve green transformation.
