Abstract
Three-port converters play an increasingly important role in new energy generation systems. They are commonly used to connect voltage(current) sources, energy storage element and loads, and to manage power in a unified manner. However, most three-port topologies often have the disadvantages of complicated circuit structure,no battery charging loop, and low efficiency. In this paper, a new type of three-port DC/DC converter is studied,and 13 control modes under different port voltages and switching frequencies are given. The digital control method is used to complete complex control strategies to achieve a wide range. The power regulation rate and the free flow of energy between the multiple ports are implemented. The mode switching process is then more stable and smooth by optimizing the optimized duty cycle plane. Finally, the physical debugging platform of the three-port power converter was built to carry out experiments to verify the flexibility of the control strategy and the stability of the system.
